Each member of Wings Academy put up with the core value of respect.  We expect our teaching and non- teaching staffs and students to respect each other.  We appreciate diversity in term of socio- cultural dynamics, ideas and opinions, and embrace it through our mutual acceptance. We inculcate respect and appreciation among our learners through our pedagogical practices and encourage them to show reverence towards themselves, their friends, family, school, community, nation and the globe.

We believe that learning is the process of co- constructing knowledge.  Here, we highly prioritize team work and collaborative learning projects. Our learners and staffs learn through shared network of information and ideas while collaboration is practiced in our engagement with our parents and community too. The learners involve in constructive interaction in each step of learning, and celebrate the success of learning as collaborative discovery.

Our school realizes that our children should be able to cope with the hurdles of their life and rise up in each situation so as to thrive to success.  Adhering to resilience as one of the core values, we encourage the learners to explore with new ideas, accept the challenges that come on the way to discovery and bounce them back with positivity.  We give a high priority to emotional well- being of our learners, and are directed towards implanting confidence, courage and acceptance for enabling our learners adapt well in changing context, ideas and practices.

Discovery is the essence of our pedagogical practices.  Rising above the conviction of teaching- learning for remembering and recapitulating, we emphasis creativity and critical thinking in our approaches.  So as to stimulate discovery, we cultivate the atmosphere where learners feel encouraged to think, question and come up with their innovative ideas.

Our school understands that what the learners learn and do today sustains for their future.  We practice to prepare our learners in such a way that they do not limit their learning, expressions and activities for short- term achievement.  Rather, we instill the responsibility of being emerging global citizen and environmental overseers in them so that they take into consideration long- term impact or consequences of the choices they make
