The time is changing, and with this change in the pedagogy is inevitable. Today’s world expects a learner to develop, not only as an individual excelling in academic but also in several domains including digital literacy, civic consciousness, social orientation and moral-spiritual awareness. Given the changes that are expected, Wings Academy makes sure that the teaching learning approaches are made, coming out of the conventional confinement of learning for memorizing. Here, the learners learn through collaboration, interaction, inquiry and experiments.

Problem- solving, project- based and inquiry based learning are the key characteristics of our academic approaches. Furthermore, the school has also been making best possible practices to integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) in our curriculum. Equipped with Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) lab, internet access and digital orientation of the teachers, we keep no stone unturned to familiarize our students with the digital technology. Besides, regular visit to community and involvement in community projects form the pathway to connect our classroom to the field. 

The school strongly adheres to the individual differences existing among learners, their learning pattern and aptitude.  Hence, special focus is given towards integration of Multiple Intelligence (MI) approach in our teaching learning.  Through these, we believe to instill our learners with the value for their learning abilities and passion for life- long learning.
